What began as a dream — a quiet little vision whispered between “maybe one day” and “I hope I can” — has grown into something real and thriving. The Rooted Vixen came to life in 2026, born from a spark of courage and the moment we finally said, “Hey… we’re really doing this.”
Today, that dream lives in over 450 plants, three greenhouses, and a small but mighty family on the Central Gulf Coast of Florida. We’re a woman‑owned business built on passion, dirt‑under‑the‑fingernails determination, and a deep love for connecting people with the beauty of botanical life. Whether you’re just starting your plant journey or you’ve been nurturing greenery for years, we believe there’s a plant here meant for you.
We’ve learned through trial and error. We’re not perfect — far from it — and honestly, that’s part of our charm. Plants teach us that growth is messy, unpredictable, and always worth it. We carry that lesson with us every day.
What we are is committed: to our craft, to our community, and to sharing the joy our plant “kids” bring into the world. Each one has its own personality, its own story, and its own way of brightening a home, an office, or any space that needs a little life.
